QPP and Palliative Care FAQs
At the bottom of page 12 of the FAQs, additional clarification is needed. If a provider is looking for data regarding how well he/she did under PQRS, the provider must create an EIDM (Enterprise Identity Management) account at https://portal.cms.gov. It is through this portal that palliative care organizations and their physicians/NPPs can find their Quality and Resource Use Reports (QRUR).
